Polk County Courthouse Parking

Polk County continues growth in population was reflected in the the need for more parking for the courthouse. A landscape plan was provided, complimenting the structure. 

Polk State College

The Chain of Lakes Building of Polk State College needed a cistern to collect rain water run off for LEED as well as an appropriate water savings landscape. 

Field House

  The Field House and Conference Center Expansion of the Chain of Lakes Complex was an expansive project that required water gardens that filtered stormwater, foundation plantings and parking lot plantings.   



Fields BMW South Renovation

 A prominent luxury car dealership in the Orlando Area, this client was in need of a code compliant plan.  

Collanades of Matiland

 This project was an interior design that required a complete redesign,  this client wanted a minimalist look. Working closely, with the  architect, a proposal was executed, fulfilling the clients needs.  

Berkley Accelerated Middle School

 This public school project required an outdoor gathering area and a play  area for the children. The parameters were accomplished through an  amphitheater and sports play courts. 

Water Administration

The conservation of water was the theme for the new Water Administration Building in Lakeland. Designing in conjunction with the architects team, a cistern was implemented to reuse rainwater for irrigation for the native and adapted low water use plants. 

Isle of Lake Hancock

This redesign of a neighborhood entrance called for striking foliage. 

Florida Chemical

An industrial campus master plan that incorporated an employee wellness program' fitness trail with exercise stations. Other amenities included an employee outdoor lounge area  and water feature. 

Habitat for Humanity

The Orlando Chapter of Habitat for Humanity request a landscape design for their building and a welcoming front entrance.

Church of Ascension

This Episcopal Church needed a campus master plan with a rear entrance and an expanded memorial garden. 

Silverwoods HOA

Formal planting dictated this design for a homeowners association which included a cluster of palms that anchored the flowering magnolias that complimented the pink crape myrtles. This color was directly reflected in the choice of grass that lined the fence offering a foundation planting that did not block the view into and out of the  the tennis courts.
